The Sinopec Groud Company will achieve energy saving and emission reduction targets for the total amount of 5 million tons of standard coal by the end of the 12 th five-year plan,make efforts to promote low-carbon and green development,improve the statistical monitoring system,advance structural adjustment and technological innovation,inncrease energy conservation investment.This paper combines with the research contents of “Gathering and injection system running production optimization project” of Sinopec.Put Zhongyuan Oilfield and Shengli Oilfield as an example,making a research on the energy saving evaluation and analysis of the gathering and transportation system of the old Oilfield.At first,this paper makes a study of the basics of simulation evaluation and analysis method of gathering and transportation system.These include: the integrity and comprehensiveness of the system data;the calculation content of the basic parameters,involves computing model selection,physical properties analysis of pure components of oil and water emulsions,evaluation and analysis content of offsite process of the gathering and transportation system,including velocity of each main and branch pipe section,temperature and pressure drop,segments efficiency and pipeline network efficiency.Major equipment and the overall system of the centralized processing station can be analyzed according to basic theory,including the energy balance analysis and exergy balance analysis.All these contents lay the foundation for optimization of system.Put an offsite process of the gathering and transportation system of the first oil production plant of Zhongyuan Oilfield as an example.To built a model of the process on the basis of the completeness of the basic data.In connection with the measured data,pipeline inspection data and the stream parametric calculated by the model,evaluating and analyzing operational status of each pipe section.Found that the efficiency of pipeline networks is high,and most of the pipelines are running in good condition.But for some individual pipe sections that have larger pressure and temperature drop,less pipeline efficiency,analyzing the causes and giving treatment suggestions.The heating furnace is the main energy-consuming equipment in the offsite process system.Optimizing the summer running program of the furnace temperature in the wellhead and metering plant,combined pour point andviscosity-temperature characteristics of the crude oil,as well as norms of head back pressure,inlet temperature and stop pressure requirements.Put the Yihe centralized processing station as an example.To built a model of the process on the basis of the completeness of the basic data.Calculating and analyzing the energy consumption level of overall system and major equipment from the prospective of energy balance and exergy balance.From the results,found that the indicators of Yihe system are close to the national average.It describes that there are large potential and demands for energy savings in the system.The dehydration effect of the three phase separator is bad.It's adding the heat load to temperature rising in the furnace.This paper has put forward proposals to improve the separation performance.The thermal efficiency of the furnace reached the national average and combustion in good condition.But it needs optimization and transformation because the high excess air coefficient and excessive heat losses.By adjusting the operating parameters of stable tower in the model,proposed economic optimum feed temperature and the minimum negative pressure value of the overhead.Due to the large oil viscosity,pump unit efficiency is lower than the national average.Thus this paper proposes optimization method Pump.The external transportation system is optimized and analyzed.Found that the temperature and pressure drop of outside pipelines are very large.This paper analyzes the causes and gives recommendations for improvement.The oil transportation temperature present is too high to result in a waste of heat.Adding a heat exchanger to the process put the transmission oil as a high temperature heat source,and calculated the gas saving after optimization.At last,according to ladder pricing mechanism produced a sub-period transportation program.The program can optimize flow matching different tariff periods and the output temperature in corresponding.It makes the power costs of the whole day to the lowest.And the energy saving effect is remarkable.
