Resin matrix composite is a kind of composite materials with organic polymer as matrix, with glass beads, glass fiber and carbon fiber to strengthen the body. It has light weight, low moisture absorption rate, high specific strength, high stiffness and good impact energy absorption, etc. In the process of actual use, resin matrix composites often corroded by environmental factors. So the immersion corrosion effect on the properties of resin matrix composite bending has important practical significance. This paper studies the soaking experiment on the influence of the bending performance of resin matrix composites and the effect on interface damage by bending performance tests, and discussed the different effects of different corrosion environments in composite bending performance.This experiment was prepared by six groups of different mass fraction of composite materials which the quality of glass beads is determined, but the quality of glass fiber is different. Moisture absorption rate of the composite material is measured under different corrosion environments, by soaking in water, sea water, acid solution and alkaline solution. Through the three point bending experiment, it is concluded that the change of elastic modulus, strength, specific strength and specific stiffness of the different glass fiber content of composite material in different corrosion environments. I got the different corrosion conditions of the same materials under different corrosion environments and observed the corrosion situation of each phase in four kinds of corrosive environment by scanning fracture.This experiment was prepared by six groups of different mass fraction of composite materials which the quality of glass beads is determined, but the quality of carbon fiber is different. I observed the corrosion situation of each phase in two kinds of corrosive environment by scanning fracture. And compared with glass fiber reinforced composites, it is concluded that the change of elastic modulus, strength, specific strength and specific stiffness of the composite material which has different reinforcement in the same corrosion environments.
