Hydraulic support is the main support equipment in coal mine, the coal mining safety is guaranteed. Steeply inclined coal seam fully mechanized working face hydraulic support for coal seam inclination angle is large and complex geological conditions, analysis of the hydraulic support anti-skid, anti reverse stability, analysis of the influence of pin connection shaft hole clearance on the stability of the hydraulic support, and support the finite element analysis and kinematics simulation for the design of inclined, and ensure the stability of the hydraulic support provides theory on the basis of reliable, has important significance for steeply inclined coal seam mining safety in production and improve the efficiency of.In this paper, taking a coal mine inclined fully mechanized top coal caving working face hydraulic support is studied. In order to verify the stability of hydraulic support in the working face, 3D solid model of hydraulic support are respectively established mechanical model and motion simulation model and the finite element analysis model. Firstly, according to the situation of the stress in the working face of the bracket, analysis and calculation of stability and anti slip stability of two kinds of instability mechanics of support, we prove the stability of the hydraulic support in the 74 degree angle state is guaranteed. Then analyzed the pin connection effect on the stability of hydraulic support, isolation from the corrosive substances and reduce the Kong Zhou intensity difference two aspects, proposed in the pin shaft and bracket hole connection outside plus a protective sleeve and the grinding hardening process of two methods to increase the support hole pin connection reliability, thereby increasing the stability of hydraulic support. Secondly, the hydraulic support motion simulation with ADAMS software, verify the maximum displacement of support beam is to meet the design requirements. At the end of the hydraulic support are analyzed by finite element analysis with ANSYS software, internal load and lateral force loading test the strength of the support, so that the stability of hydraulic support.
