Research And Design Of Mining Wire Rope Detection System

The wire rope is the important component in traction and loading processing.During a long-term working, by the effect of corrosion, mechanical impact, uncertain loading and wear, damages like wire breaking, wear and rust will produce, which can decrease the strength and even to lead to frature of the rope.Consequently, it is very important to research and design a kind of system to dectect the damages of wire rope to avoid the trouble of wire rope frature and to protect workers and equipments.In this thesis, LF damages(especially breaking wire) of wire rope is studied by the design of excition, detector and circuit, signal collection system and processing, feature and quantitative cognition,etc.Design the exciting device by the principles of the magnetization and leaking magnetism detection.Selecting and using magnetic resistance to be the detector and exciting device make up the wire rope detection probe.Design the data collection system for collecting the detector signals and develop computer test program for testing the functions of data collection system, based on researching ARM, Ethernet and TCP/IP.Simulate and process the wire rope detecting signals by MATLAB Wavelet analysis cabinet. Distinguish the quantity of the breaking wires by the method of BP neural network and the over threshold by analyzing and picking up the characteristic value of the breaking wire signals.Develop the computer software of the wire rope detection system by C#.Put forward and use the method of over threshold which is simple and easy to realize to distinguish the breaking wires.According to the virtual situations of the different scenes using different standard wire rope, design the scheme of correction to obtain the threshold firstly and detecting secondly.Test and verfy in the site, the detectin results by the wire rope detection system is same basicly.
