Based on the engineering of the 505 transport gateway supporting of the Bailiangxusheng mine and combining the field test data with the Finite Difference Method of numerical simulation, analyzed the relevant parameters of the roadway supporting. Then compared with the different scheme supporting parameters on the basis of the research above and the optimal solution can be suggested. The main work is as follows:1. The paper analyzes and summarizes the mechanism of action and the design theory about the bolt and anchor, then based on the theories of self-stabilized hidden arch, derived the anchor bolt(anchor cable) parameter design formula of supporting system.2. Through the method of field monitoring and numerical simulation to analyze the original support evaluation of the 505 transport gateway, found that under the condition of the original support, the surrounding rock deformation and the stress concentration phenomenon is serious, so the surrounding rock can’t maintain stably.3. The paper used the theory of self-stabilized hidden arch and optimized the related parameters of the original support scheme, in addition, proposed two sets of correlation plan which are according to the engineering analogy method. Application the FLAC3 D to analysis the three kinds of schemes for the calculation and from the angle of the supporting effect, the optimal supporting scheme is determined. So, the optimized scheme can be used in the design of the roadway supporting. Through the on-site inspection, we can found that the new support system can improve the ability of resistance to deformation and failure of the surrounding rock effectively. In addition, it is conducive to play the self-bearing ability of surrounding rock of the roadway.From the content and the research results of this paper, the design or the coal mine roadway support is provided an important reference value for the future. At the same time, it can enrich and develop the theory of bolt(anchor cable) design and has an important guidingsignificance for the design of bolt(anchor cable).
