| With the application and development of bolt support echnologyinDaHuangShan, bolt support has occupied anabsoluteadvantageinDa HuangShan roadway support, however, simply bolt support is not a good solution to large span open-off cut in large coal seam in DaHuangShan.The width of open-off cut in Xinjiang Da HuangShan coal mineis 8 m,the height is 3 m, and the thickness of coal seam is 25.12 m, coal seam is soft, how to solve the support difficulty in large span open-off cut,is the key to e xpand production scaleand inprovesafety of production in DaHuangShan.In this paper, it makes a detail analysis about the theory,such as the overhang of anchor bolt,the combination of bridge, the broken rock zone and the unstability mechanism of anchor bolt, by means of the equivalent ellipse and the elastoplastic limit equilibrium theory,can learn the plastic zone of large span rectangular open-off cut surrounding rock.Based on the existing design methods, choose the anchor bolt dynamicdesign method based on the loose range of roadway surrounding rock.Finally put the large span open-off cut bolt supportranging from + 708 to + 750 as project, we made research on anchor bolt and anchor rope support technology for large span open-off cut.By comparing the dynamic design method inthis articleand the traditional design method, putthe large span open-off cut bolt supportranging from + 708 to + 750 asscheme, and make the stability analysis of support effect software FLAC 3 d. Initial design is applied in pra ctice,to monitor the supporting effect,and use the data dispose softwareto analyse the monitor data, evaluate the supporting effect, feedback information after optimization design, it can realize the dynamic designof combiningthe initial design and engineering production practice.In this paper, the calculate theory of supporting parameters can solve the problem that anchor bolt and anchor rope supporting technical in large span open-off cut ranging from + 708 to + 750 inDaHuangShan,it can provide a reference for the similar open-off cut design. |
