Domestic and foreign research focus has focused on a certain part in coal mine safety, the lack of a set of comprehensive, systematic and continuous improvement of modern coal mine safety system.In this paper, from the theory of safety control, based on the deming circle(PDCA)continuous improvement thought, on the basis of the practical management of Qinglongsi coal mine, analysis and discussion on the problems of the coal industry safety, put forward the fundamental safety control research, basis and method. In the coal mine safety production based on the analysis of the research at home and abroad, combined with Qinglongsi coal mine safety production status, put forward to build long-term mechanism adapted to the current coal mine safety production, to establish a set of perfect security system.(safety management) system construction, and puts forward the Qinglongsi coal mine security system security concept, the establishment of the target and the division of responsibilities; According to the principle of control established the system of the whole link, with continuous improvement ideas at the same time ensure performance of the system; Aimed at the problems in a timely manner to improve and strengthen supervision.
