In the near distance coal seam mining, by the influence of the residual abutment pressure of the working face and the disturbance of the roadway excavation, the roadway of coal seam is usually fast, and the deformation is intense, especially when the roadway surrounding rock is soft and broken, there would occur strong deformation instability in a short time in the exhumed roadway which seriously affects the normal use of roadway.This paper takes the surrounding rock control technology of Ventilation roadway in Xiangshan coal mine 21503 working face of coal mining under the influence of close distance coal seams mining as the research background of near distance. Firstly, according to the related theory of the characteristics of surrounding rock, adjacent working face, the relationship of the space position of roadway and the elastic-plastic mechanics, I set up a mechanics model for the stress distribution of the floor strata in the upper coal seam mining, analyzed the side abutment pressure distribution law of the floor in gob area, and analyzed the disturbance effect the lower coal seam mining and the tunnel excavation had on floor stress. Then using the FLAC3D numerical simulation software, I analyze the mutual superposition of the surrounding rock stress of roadway which under the influence of the upper and lower coal seam working face mining, adjacent tunnel excavation and this working face mining, and the influence of stability which had on roadway surrounding rock, in this process, the particularity of the roadway deformation and the unstable and easily damaged weak link are determined. Then, I analyze the bearing mechanism, bearing capacity, the advantages, disadvantages and applicability of the resin bolt of thread steel and self- tapping anchor in soft broken coal seam, and put forward high bolt-mesh-cable support technology with the self-tapping bolt based on the field measured data. Finally, according to the deformation instability characteristics of the ventilation roadway of 21503 working face and the numerical simulation results, I determined the concrete support parameter of the roadway surrounding rock, and carried out the field industrial test, and achieved good results.
