In this study, silicone compounds with a primary amine structure are chosen as raw materials, which are used in addition reaction with methyl acrylate, synthesis of four different kinds of surfactants through the solvent-free method. And then use glutaryl chloride as a connected group to synthesis of Gemini surfactants with amides bond. The surfactants had better surface activity, stability and biodegradability, because of Gemini silicone surfactants of amide bond.The synthesis process of aminopropanoate trisiloxane(MD604-MA) and Gemini aminopropanoate trisiloxane(GMD604-MA) are designed separately. The influences of the ratios of reactants, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of the MD604-MA and GMD604-MA reaction were investigated, and the important order of the factors’ influences on the yield. The influences of different multiple amplification on the yield of the product,through the MD604-MA reaction conditions amplification experiment.effects on the yield of the product of amplification in different ratios are studied. The structure of the product were characterized by IR and 1H-NMR, which the four kinds of surfactants and the corresponding of four kinds of Gemini surfactants. Then do comparative research on surface activity and application performance.The results show that the optimum reaction conditions for the synthesis of silicone surfactants(MD604-MA) are as follows: n(aminopropyl trisiloxane) : n(methyl acrylate) =1.0: 1.1, reaction temperature is 80℃ and reaction time is 3 h, and the yield of the product can reach 84.32%. The optimum reaction conditions for the synthesis of amide Gemini silicon surfactants(GMD604-MA) are as follows: n(glutaryl chloride) : n(MD604-MA) = 1.0 : 1.9,reaction temperature is 35 ℃, and reaction time is 6 h, and the yield of the product can reach82.13%. The surface tension of MD604-MA and GMD604-MA were 31.03 m N/m and 28.01 m N/m respectively, which are better than that of aminopropanoate methyldiethoxy silane(D604-MA) 42.71 m N/m and Gemini aminopropanoate methyldiethoxy silane(GD604-MA)32.69 m N/m. The critical micelle concentration were between 7.9×10-3 mol/L and 3.2×10-5mol/L. The surface property of the product is excellent, and foaming property is low can avoid the bubble trouble to use. The emulsification time shortly, the spreading wetting performance, and the flexibility is good. The thermal stability and low temperature stability of the product are good.
