Study On Legal Issues Of Soil Pollution And Control In Rural Areas

From ancient times to the present,agriculture has been in a fundamental position in our country,and it has been to provide material support for the development of the national economy.While,with the rapid development of economy,what along with it comes the deterioration of the living environment of human beings,the rural soil solution is facing the same serious environmental problems.The environmental problems existing in the rural areas will not only affect the sustainable development of agriculture,but also even related to the survival and life of the nation and the nation.Therefore, to strengthen the prevention and control of soil pollution in rural areas, to protect and improve the ecological environment in rural areas must be processed without delay.In view of the legal problems of the prevention and control of soil pollution in rural areas of China, this paper is divided into three parts:In the first part, based on the actual situation of China’s rural soil pollution, the general overview of the prevention and control of soil pollution in China’s rural areas was carried out.It includes the status of the rural soil pollution, causes, the status of the prevention and the existing legal problems.In the second part,it takes the United States, Germany and Japan as an example, analyzes the advanced legal system of rural soil pollution prevention and control, and gives inspiration and reference to the legal system of soil pollution prevention and control in China.In the third part,it puts forward some concrete measures to improve the prevention and control of soil pollution in China’s rural areas from the aspects of legislation, law enforcement and judicial relief on the basis of the previous chapters.
