Analysis And Comprehensive Utilization Of Construction Waste In Jiangxi Province

In recent years, with the transformation of the old city and metro projects have been started. Jiangxi Province construction waste a substantial increase in production, the existing construction waste treatment method are mostly temporary piling and landfill, this construction waste is not only a waste of space and garbage removal costs, but also seriously affect the city appearance and environmental protection. And the realization of the construction waste resource processing industry, not only can alleviate a lot of construction waste caused by the land, environmental problems, can also save a large amount of natural resources, and can provide meet the requirements of recycled construction materials and jobs for the local construction industry,environmental protection and promote local economic development, has a good environmental and social effect. Main contents are:1, defined the meaning of this paper to study the meaning of construction waste, and the composition and characteristics of construction waste to do the correlation analysis,introduced the status of construction waste in Jiangxi province.2, the use of time series smoothing prediction method and construction waste production in Jiangxi province were estimated and predicted, and the comprehensive utilization of construction waste in Jiangxi province were analyzed and studied according to the theory of circular economy.3, analysis of construction waste resource utilization industry in the main role, the construction of the government under the guidance of construction waste resource utilization industrial chain based on; on the construction waste recycling enterprises investment, income,cost and economic were analysis, and with an example proved that the construction waste recycling economy.4, the analysis of the current problems existing in the industrial chain of different regional industrial development, and combined with the policy system, laws and regulations,the main relationship between the industrial chain and financial subsidies to give relevantmeasures and suggestions.This paper based on the government in support of construction waste resource utilization in the course of industrial development in the effect on the, the Jiangxi Province construction waste resource of the industry has a certain reference value, and the government in other emerging industries to support the development of policies to make reference.
