In water hydraulics, the core problem needed to be solved is the design and manufacture of the pure water hydraulic valves. With the rapid development of new engineering materials such as high molecular material, engineering ceramics etc, the progress of the precision machining technology and the appearance of other related subject technology, pure water has become research hotspot and one of key development directions in the domestic and overseas hydraulic with its environmental protection, energy saving and safety and other unique superiority, especially suitable for application in food, medicine, metallurgy, biological engineering, medical machinery and packaging machinery, electronics, textiles papermaking and other industrial fields. So it has important theoretical signification and practical value that research and design with pure water coal individual hydraulic prop with three big flow to the coal mine supporting hydraulic system valve of the pure waterAiming at key technical issues of pure water individual hydraulic prop used on mine, pure water three-way valve with big flow is studied from aspects of theory analysis, structure design and condition requirements. New structure design method is proposed by studying its properties made by different structure, new materials, high precision for chemical properties caused by pure water medium, combining with the simulation results. Based on strict and precise mathematical models, flow field and dynamic characteristics of pure water big flow three-way valve are studied, dangerous section of key parts are analyzed, whose safety coefficients are all above 2. Simulation results show that pure water high flow three-way valve under rated pressure can meet the requirements, which lay solid foundation for manufacture of the three-way valve.In this paper, two main working process of prop flow up-setting and loading bearing-overflow are studied in detail for the first time. Firstly, dynamic simulation of the pure water high flow three-way valve, Theory research shows that, Dynamic response characteristics of pure water high flow three-way valve can be improved by improving its performance parameters. Secondly, according to flow field simulation of the most typical check valve and relief valve mouth in three-way valve with big flow, the best angle for check valve seat is 60°, and get the valve ports overflow of different relief valve structural parameters. So, it can improve adaptability for impact resistance of the roof. Considering various factors, the theoretical simulation research can not only judge performance influence caused by parameters, but also determine the optimal structure size, leading to a more reasonable valve structure.Figure [60] table [6] reference [68]...
