Flotation tailing which was waste from coal preparation plant, is one type of coal slime;To research re-cleaning process of flotation tailing are not only it is an important part of the recycling economy but also for realizing the efficient utilization of coal resources. The coal washing capacity is 6.0 Mt/a, the coal slime yield is 218.0 kt/a, which about first mine supporting coal preparation plant, in Huang ling mining company. The paper based on Huangling first mine flotation tailing as research object, through the research on the grading floc-flotation technology, to achieve the maximization of cleaned coal separation, to realize the coking coal resource conservation, to reduce environmental pollution, to decrease cultivated land occupied, final to achieve the goal of improving economic efficiency of enterprises.The paper based on the research of the basic characteristics of coal slime, analyzed the washability of coal slime, contrasted about the differences of conventional flotation and floc-flotation on coal slime, systematic research the optimum process condition and the biggest clean coal yield which through flotation separated the different size fraction coal slime.Starting from effect of the coal slime particle size about separation, the coal slime can be divided into coarse coal slime and fine coal slime. At flotation through the grading of coal slime, this could effectively reduces the different graded in mutual interference, improves the effect of the flotation. Through single factor and orthogonal test analysis of conventional coarse coal slime flotation, it is get the best flotation process conditions, the flotation results for clean coal ash 9.13%, yield 66.41%, perfecting the index 72.13%. By single factor and orthogonal test of fine coal slime floc-floatation, it is obtain optimum condition for fine coalslime floc-floatation, the flotation results for cleaned coal ash 10.86%, yield 42.11%,perfecting the index 60.57%.Through the grading floc-floatation of Huangling coal slime and unrated coal slime conventional flotation results comparison, to know the former of ash nearly 6.00% lower than the latter. The average particle size which the fine coal slime through floc-floatation obtained clean coal more than through conventional flotation increased about 3 times, this suggests that the adding flocculating agent increased the reunion of coal slime, which reduces the clean coal ash, improve the clean coal production rate.The optimum conditions of Huang ling coal slime grading floc-flotation process: namely the coarse coal slime is 1.25-0.125 mm, the concentration of coal slurry 60g/L, collector dosage 250g/t, frother dosage 85g/t, aeration rate 0.25 m3/(m *min); the fine coal slime is-0.125 mm, dispersant dosage 10000g/t, flocculant dosage 30 g /t, collector dosage 1000g/t,frother dosage 110g/t, the concentration of coal slurry 60g/L, coal ash can get 10.42% of the total, the yield of clean coal of 45.87% qualified high calorific value of coal. Under the condition can obtain clean coal ash content 10.42%, yield 45.87% in total and qualified super high calorific value of coal.
