In recent years,with the development of science and technology,tin demand continues to rise around many countries in the world,leading to the mining of tin ore resources reduced increasingly,more and more fine grained tin slime.Because of these slime recovery technology and means of hoarding in the tailings,not only makes the recovery of tin in tin concentrate rate is low,but also lead to increased production costs and enhance the dosage.This paper takes the Guangxi tin slime concentrator as the research object,the tin to tin in cassiterite ore output,low grade and fine granularity,the metal distribution-38 m grade rate of more than sixty percent.The gangue minerals are mainly quartz and calcite and quartz which is mainly distributed in more than 38 m in size,which is fine particle size,concentrated in the-38 micron particles.This paper through the pure mineral of artificial mixed mineral experiments,cassiterite,calcite and quartz selective dispersion flocculation behavior.The cassiterite and calcite Yiyi mixed ore in the condensed phase,through experiments to explore the conditions and finally decided to fully disperse between the minerals as the premise,the principle of selective flocculation process to calcite.In a certain amount of CMC as dispersant,APAM as flocculant,and the suitable pH value and stirring time and intensity,finally achieved selective dispersion and flocculation index,mixed ore sedimentation rate than natural sedimentation conditions increased by 13%.Mixed mineral calcite quartz recovery rate up to 24.76%,recovery rate increased by 12.81%,compared with the recovery rate of tinstone rose only 1.42%.The selective dispersion and flocculation effect to achieve the desired purpose.In the practical ore experiment,through exploration,the selective flocculation and dispersion of ultrasonic pretreatment flotation separation process with shaker selection.Based on many experimental conditions,to determine the water glass and CMC as dispersant,APAM as selective chelating flocculant,GYB and fatty acids for 731 combinations of collecting agent and agent system,according to the solution process of open and closed circuit test.In the Sn feed grade of 0.42%,30.16% tin containing finally obtained by sorting the closed-circuit test in tin concentrate,tin recovery rate of 81.14%.In mechanism research,With surface zeta potential analysis method to research the adsorption strength of the agents in the cassiterite,calcite and quartz surface;Using uv-visible spectrophotometer measured under the condition of different pH cassiterite,calcite and quartzsurface adsorption quantity;Using the method of infrared spectrum analysis proved the way of medicament adsorption in cassiterite,calcite and quartz?...
