At the end of 2013, the cumulative discovery of occupational disease cases reached 850000, which accounted for about 90 percent of lung disease pneumoconiosis, coal accounted for about 60 percent in lung disease pneumoconiosis, and coal dust situation is extremely serious occupational hazards. Heading face is the main source of dust production, seriously endangering the health of workers. In order to improve the rate of dust, dust blower tunnel was added to simulate the dust migration under long-short pumping pressure ventilation conditions, the results show fully mechanized excavation work in front of a large square of dust concentration, there is a significant reduction in dust blower behind the dust concentration, dust effect is good. The use of experimental methods measured five kinds of surfactant wetting, use fast penetrating anion T as the main ingredient and the other four agents were complex, complex show rapid penetrant T complex and alkyl glycosides best wettability best, a comprehensive analysis of the wettability wetting agents, chemical toxicity and the economy to determine the final formula: 0.05% fast penetrant and 0.01% T APG complex water solution as a wetting agent, added 0.1% concentration of sodium and water retention agent as a synergist.Research deepen the different ways of ventilation airflow field, dust collection efficiency and the impact of migration understanding, optimizing duct layout parameters, humectants was formulated spray dust, it has positive implications for the rational development work face complex dust measures.
