The paper has taken the East Gap coal mine of Gansu Huaneng Huating coal industry group company in 37220 working face as the engineering background,using the method of similarity simulation experiment,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and engineering practice combined to do system research about steep seam long wall caving tilt stratified movement rule,mining coal breaking distribution,pressure distribution,roof stability of mine coal caving support rules and working face.It has obtained some valuable achievements,which has a practical significance for guiding the similar conditions of coal seam mining.Using similar simulation experiments to study the steep seams inclined stratified Long-wall release process,coal and rock in both directions and tendencies toward collapse law and Strata features; using research group developed an adjustable angle of dispersion caving bracket,studied at different inclination,caving coal order and put under way,the release of the laws of the top coal refuse content and stability of the bracket.In numerical analysis,the paper use finite difference calculation program(FLAC3D) to analysis macro mechanics process of three-dimensional analysis of fully mechanized top coal caving stope and the coal and rock breaking movement;it also use discrete element calculation program(PFC2D) to analysis the dispersion of top coal and broken part direct top drop process,drop rule and different coal caving step distance and the continuous propulsion mode of coal loss characteristics.According to the geological conditions of the site to establish stand Face force model,come to stand under the weight of state slip critical angle is 17 degrees,pour the critical angle of 37 degrees,to make the stent slippage does not occur in the face,setting load not less than 167.35 k N. Face to take "tilt- arc transition- level" arrangement,change the stress state of the stent,increasing the stability of the equipment.Through similarity material experiment,numerical calculation and theoretical analysis,summarized the steep seams inclined stratified put Long-wall mining stope pressure distribution,distribution of coal and rock damage,and top coal caving law,the results of Steep Seam caving technology in theory,for Steep Seam coal and rock disaster control,with the actual value.
