The ditch coal mine since 2001 technological upgrading, and actively implement the coal roadway bolting technology, 100% implementation of the anchor net support, after more than ten years of technology accumulation, has been skillfully mastered the technology of roadway under bolt support general conditions. But with the increase of mining depth and intensity of exploitation, the emergence of isolated working face, mining face and roadway wear and reuse complex difficult tunnel, the original technology is difficult to maintain these difficult roadway, roadway appeared in the local deformation and roof caving roof leakage phenomenon, has formed a big threat to the mine workers’ safety, seriously affect the safe production. Based on the above analysis, in order to guarantee the smooth production of mine safety, under this study will be the original mine seam roadway bolting scheme is analyzed, and find the reasonable supporting scheme.On the basis of theoretical analysis, combined with the Xiagou mine geological conditions and present situation of ZF4404 working face, a large number of field tests, grasp the characteristics of relevant mechanical parameters of surrounding rock in coal seam roadway and mining pressure distribution, determined the strength prestressed supporting relevant supporting parameters, rely on the Flac3 d numerical simulation software the bolt supporting of roadway surrounding rock, the supporting scheme of plastic zone and stress state of roadway displacement force distribution and the vertical direction did simulation analysis. Combining the analysis of construction site, monitoring and detailed technical and economic, in order to determine the high prestress technology of bolt support in roadway conditions to adapt to ditch mine, verify the safety of the bolt support scheme.
