Underground deep construction has become the inevitable choice of mine engineering project activity.However,with mining engineering towards deep level and the mining scale strength,the geo-stress significantly increases and the surrounding rock of roadway exhibits more and more the characteristic of soft rock,the problem of the maintenance and the timbering of soft rock road way is more aculeate.To some extent,to solve the urgently problems of the deep mining engineering major technical difficulties and coal construction and mining is to overcome deep high stress and support problems of soft rock roadway.In accordance with the statistics of roadway support from main journals during last 30 years in China,though bolting support,especially combined support,has been widely applied,there exist deficiencies in studies of bolts and net combined support.In this paper,the roadway support technology was categorized into traditional support,metal support,bolting support and combined support,of which the characteristics and applications are totally analyzed.We investigated and studied geology Da ding shan mine complex and roadway supporting problems,and a clear understanding of main reasons causing serious deformation of roadway has been gained.The subject considered the various factors that affected the deformation(natural factors,and construction considerations),and the deep tunnel mining numerical model of Da ding shan mine were built through field research,observation,and using finite difference numerical calculation software FLAC3 D.By calculated and analyzed the deep tunnel surrounding rock displacement field,stress field,plastic zone distribution and development laws,the characteristics of the bolts and TECCO net,this paper analyzed the deep mine tunnel surrounding rock deformation and failure characteristics,played a scientific guidance role to the roadway construction.According to the monitoring data,the best support method was chosen by analyzing and comparing the support effect,which made the support design from the current age of engineering excessive to the day of science and quantitative decision-making for specific conditions.what is more,there is less rework after the support of the complex deep soft rock tunnel,which greatly reduce the cost of supporting rock roadway,and it is great important that the soft rock mine achieved high efficiency and production,safely mine.
