For a long time,the domestic various types of aluminum ingots continuous casting machines,which produced the surface of aluminum ingots are evident in "water ripple".The phenomenon had a great impact on appearance of products,overall quality and its price.However, the abroad has reached a higher level to inhibit "water ripple",but the domestic scholars are rarely involved.30T/H aluminium ingot continuous casting machine is the new development of a set of specialized for ordinary aluminum remelting has a maximum yield of domestic large-scale metallurgical automation equipment. Its also face how to reduce "water ripple" that on the surface of the aluminum ingots.The author from the perspective of "water ripple" phenomenon on the surface of the aluminum ingots, this article analyzes the factors that affect the production of "water ripple".According to analysis the theory of 30 T/H aluminium ingot continuous casting machine conveyor chain system, and studies its dynamic characteristic,to find the root cause of the result of speed fluctuations by aluminium ingot continuous casting machine conveyor chain related parameter and conveyor chain operation instability, thus, to gain the measures to reduce vibration conveyor chain, to improve its running smoothness, as much as possible to reduce or eliminate "water ripple" on the surface of the aluminum ingots,closely,to improve overall quality of the product.Analyzed main influencing factors of different "water ripple" formation,focus on both ends of groove "water ripple" phenomenon,and study the main cause of its formation. Discusses various factors influencing the conveyor chain fluctuation,and analysis thoroughly leading roles of "water ripple" phenomenon caused by factors including polygon effect,the number of teeth on drive sprocket,meshing impact,pitch size,at the same time corresponding modification measures are put forward. Set up 30t/h aluminium ingot continuous casting machine conveyor chain system simplified model of multi-body dynamics and solving,at the same time,using CAD software UG and the dynamics simulation software ADAMS to improved conveying chain system modeling, assembly and dynamic simulation, getting improved after the displacement and speed of the conveyor chain system, the acceleration response curve, and analysis and comparison of response curves before and improvement.Through the analysis and research,it is concluded that aluminum ingot casting machine optimization design theory and credentials,put some methods and measures to reduce 30T/H aluminiumingot continuous casting machine in the process of running of conveyor chain system speed fluctuation,improve the stability of the system operation,reduce the phenomenon of “water ripple” on the surface of the aluminum ingots.
