The scraper conveyor is an important continuous conveying equipment in the coal comprehensive mining technology,and the chain transmission system is the most critical part of the scraper conveyor.In the actual work,due to the interference of many factors,the dynamic behavior of the chain drive system during operation becomes complicated,which directly affects the transportation performance and service life of the whole machine.In this paper,the scraper conveyor chain transmission system is taken as the research object,and its dynamic characteristics are studied by dynamic simulation and finite element analysis.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the mechanical structure and working principle of the scraper conveyor,combined with the needs of simulation analysis,the overall system model is equivalently simplified,and then the control parameters of the components are determined according to the design criteria,the chain drive system solid assembly model is established by using UG software.(2)The data interface module is used to import the model into ADAMS,the component material and contact are defined by macro command,and the corresponding constraints and boundary conditions are added.Then the virtual prototype model of chain drive system dynamics simulation is established,which is used in the coal conveying process.The start-up situation of the ring chain load started after the shutdown was simulated,and the kinematics of the meshing contact and the dynamic behavior response were analyzed.In addition,considering the influence of elastic deformation on the dynamic characteristics of the chain transmission system,the key component link and sprocket are flexible,and the rigid-flexible coupled chain drive system model is established.The variation law of the dynamic characteristics of the meshing contact during the operation of the chain drive system is analyzed in depth.(3)Aiming at the highly nonlinear characteristics of the time-varying coupling of the chain transmission system,the nonlinear dynamics of contact between the ring chain and the ring chain and the sprocket are simulated,and the mechanical properties are further revealed.Then the suggestions of the optimization system are put forward by the conclusion of the comprehensive simulation analysis and the influencing factors of the chain drive system.In this paper,the research and analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the scraper conveyor chain drive system has certain practical significance for the optimization design of the chain drive system,improving the stability and reliability of the system operation and increasing the economic benefits.
