The scraper conveyor is an important equipment in the coal face.Not only it can be responsible for the transport of coal roadway under some harsh conditions,but also can be a support fulcrum of the orbit of coal mining machine and hydraulic.The body is relatively small but structural is highly strength,which can adapt to the harsh working environment of underground coal mine well.The efficient,reliable and stable work of scraper conveyor can influence the mine production directly.With the development of computer and modern design,Three dimensional dynamic design and optimization simulation is becoming the trend of modern mechanical design and development.Based on the 3D modeling technology of UG,a three dimensional solid model of each parts of scraper conveyor has been established.First,scraper conveyor has been divided into machine head,tail section,middle trough,the scraper chain,sprocket assembly.Second,the whole assembly work based on these components have been made and checked.It ensures there is no interference between the relative motion components which is preparing for the kinematics,dynamics simulation for the scraper conveyor?The virtual prototype model of scraper conveyor head and tail parts based on ADAMS has been built,the real working environment for loading machine head has been simulated,the Kinematics and dynamics analysis and simulation of machine of the head and tail section have been done by using virtual prototype technology.The contact dynamic curves between the ring chain and the ring chain and sprocket,the maximum value of contact force and the corresponding position have been obtained by studying kinematics and dynamics of scraper conveyor in load startup and card chain under special working condition which can be used for optimizing the transmission system of scraper conveyor and providing load reference for finite element analysis of key parts.Based on the rigid body elastic deformation effect on the entire system,In the dynamic analysis,The key parts of the system need to be flexible body to build Dynamics simulation model of the rigid flexible hybrid.Based on the analysis of rigid body dynamics of machine head drive components the Model of flexible body of circular chain and sprocket has been set up.The rigid flexible coupling dynamic model of chain transmission system for kinetic analysis and stress and strain in the process of movement have been established and Researched.Scraper chain is an important part of the scraper conveyor transmission parts,it bears a large load When it is running.It is prone to fatigue,chain scission,card chain accident.By using ANSYS workbench finite element analysis of powerful and the dynamic simulation results of virtual prototype to make analysis between the ring chain and ring chain with sprocket contact of transmission system of scraper conveyor,a result in opening or card chain of the stress and deformation of scraper conveyor has been obtained.The sprocket shaft dynamic result in these conditions provides a reference for the improvement and optimization design of scraper conveyor.
