Blue gas is an important chemical raw materials for the production of synthetic ammonia, urea, methanol, thiamin, tar and other chemical products, water gas of sulfur mainly exist in the form of H2 S and COS, H2 S and COS on the downstream process catalyst poisoning, need to deal with the removal. In wet desulphurization process, due to the inevitable side effects occur, generate secondary salt, deputy salt to produce a great impact on the desulphurization performance of the desulfurization liquid, when vice accumulated to a certain degree of the salt in desulfurization fluid, eventually cause the loss of the whole system the desulfurization efficiency, run the alkali consumption increase and the decrease of the catalyst regeneration rate increased, suspended sulfur, cause serious harm to the desulfurization process, therefore in the process of production must be discharge part of the desulfurization liquid, add soft gray added new preparation of desulfurization fluid, causing production costs rise, at the same time have great pressure on environmental protection.This paper mainly introduces the formation of secondary salt wet oxidation desulfurization method, establish secondary salt analysis method, and verified, and a preliminary study on the mechanism of secondary salt, vice salt content changes, through the analysis of operation parameters on the effects of salt formation rate. And vice salt extraction method is introduced, focusing on extraction of salt process are introduced. Through the Gansu yinguang juyin chemical Co, Ltd. Gas factory operating parameters, pH, concentration of PDS, sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate concentration, alkali density on the influence of salt formation, from design to production operation and the analysis of existing problems, put forward the vice salt solutions, to prolong the service life of the desulfurization liquid, improve the effect of desulfurization, improve production technology, to provide technical reference.
