Along with the development of science and technology, energy has risen to the very important status, our country has a rich coal resource,is abundant, a lot of mine located everywhere.As the throat of mine system, the hoist system not only connected the underground coal seam but also the in our life service area, it plays an important role in mine production life. The safe operation of the hoist system influences the material’s transport and people’s rise and fall in a great degree. To ensure the safety and reliability of this system, in recent years, there is a lot of study on hoisting system, and also many places are try to improve the operation of the machine from various aspects.For decades, many domestic mines has been using the rotor series resistance speed control system, this method of speed control is step speed regulation and speed control curve is not smooth, has serious influence on the accurate parking of hoist, but also can bring danger to the staff just in the elevator. With the development of frequency control of motor speed control technology, some advanced countries began using frequency conversion technology in the hoist speed control system, using frequency converter can realize stepless speed regulation and energy saving, and many other advantages, but the frequency converter which matches with mine high-voltage motor is expensive, so most of mine do not directly adopts high voltage frequency converter.In view of the above problems, this paper selects the "high-low-high" type variable frequency speed regulation system, and adopted the direct torque control technology which is a new type of variable frequency speed control technology as the main speed regulating control strategy; and then make combination of the variable universe fuzzy adaptive control algorithm and the direct torque control (DTC) technology, which make the speed difference and the difference rate of the speed change as the basic control volume, adjust and improve the hoist speed control scheme, choose the main prepared two sets of PLC to control speed regulation control system, at the same time in the WinCC configuration, mapped the elevator configuration picture of each control system, realized the monitoring protection to the hoist system;Finally, model the system under MATLAB/SIMULINK environment, make the simulation to the speed control system, careful analysis the feasibility of this method and industrial prospects.
