Status Pollution Surveying And The Study Of Management Strategy Of The Second Drainage In Yin Chuan City

Yellow River flows through YinChuan city from south to north,the length is 78.4 kilometers. It affords basic water resource for agriculture 、 industry manufacture 、 ecology and people’life, plays a great part in social economic development. However, in recent years, with the city’s range enlarging, social economic raising and the upturning of living standards, the industry water and living sewage are increasing in YinChuan city and dischargeing in main drainages of Yellow River, ultimately, it inflows in Yellow River. In accordance with test data of drainages in the year of 2015, the water quality of six drainages blowⅤ class, the part of the city proper urban area appears black-odorous water,it causes great negative effects along the line of residents and the appearance of the city, meanwhile, it causes a great effect in Yellow River’s quality when flows into it. In order to carry out implement 《The action plan in prevention and controlling of water pollution》of the State Council state department, YinChuan’government make a comprehensive treatment aiming drainages.This paper analysed the current situation and surveies the source of pollution of second drainage, divided the part of pollution control unit,confirmed the main pollutants of unit and evaluated the water quality, finally,calculated the capacity of water environment; In order to improve the water quality of the second drainage, adopted the measure to control pollutants and ecological remediation, puted forword a synthesize scheme including the control of pollutant discharging、the comprehensive treatment and procection of water ecology environment and river dredging, etc. Meanwhile, paper maked an overall analysis in availability and obtained a goal of eliminating black-odorous water and making the water quality reach the level of Ⅳ.
