In recent years,the ceramic industry in China has developed rapidly,the output has increased greatly,and the manufacturing level is also in the forefront of the world,but the problem of high energy consumption and high pollution has not been effectively solved.Among all kinds of pollution,waste gas pollution is the most serious and has the largest influence range,so it is very important to strengthen the research in this field.This paper starts with the waste gas pollution control technology of the ceramic industry,and investigates the exhaust emission,treatment process and control effects of 29 ceramic production enterprises in the field,and the following results are obtained.Firstly,according to the analysis of the treatment effect of enterprise kiln flue gas treatment,spray drying tower flue gas treatment and joint treatment,the emission of particulate matter is basically maintained at 10-30mg/m3,and the emission level of SO2is all below 30mg/m3,NOx emission.The level is 90-120mg/m3,the chloride emission level is below 25mg/m3,the fluoride emission level is below 3mg/m3,lead,cadmium,nickel and their compounds are less than 0.1,0.1,0.2mg/m3,respectively.It has reached the national standard level.Secondly,in the current exhaust gas pollutant treatment technology,from the perspective of treatment effect and popularity,the mainstream technology of dust removal is bag dust removal.The mainstream technology of flue gas desulfurization is lime/limestone-gypsum technology,flue gas.The mainstream technology of denitrification is SNCR technology,the comprehensive treatment technology of kiln flue gas adopts wet desulfurization and synergistic dust removal technology,and the comprehensive treatment technology of spray drying tower flue gas adopts spray drying tower hot air furnace SNCR denitration+spray drying tower flue gas bag type dust removal+wet Combined dedusting and dust removal,the joint treatment technology of kiln and spray drying tower flue gas is a combination of two technologies.Finally,the current governance technology of ceramic enterprises can meet the requirements of national emission standards,but the emission control of nitrogen oxides still needs to be strengthened.It is recommended to implement clean production strategies in the ceramic industry,adopt more efficient treatment technologies,and strengthen policy guidance and supervision.management.
