Electronic Control System Of CST Based On The Combination Of Active And Passive Technology

Nowadays, a great number of energy absorption structures which based on the theory of crushing are used in vehicle. But we found that its energy absorption process of crushing is unstable. In order to resolve the problem and limitation of crushing structure, the CST (the Cutting the Screw Thread) energy absorption structureput forward a new concept on vehicle collision energy absorption structure, it can make the crashing process more smoothly, meanwhile, it will improve the absorption capability, reliability and safety level.The CST control system which based on the combination of active safety and passive safety is grounded on the CST device. Response of the oneness of active safety technology or passive safety technology, or the simple sum of them, we advanced a control method which conjoint safety distance alarming technology and collision energy absorption technology. If the system predicts the danger in vehicle running process, the system will alarm and drive the CST device out to decrease the damage toward people and vehicle in case that the driver didn’t prevent the collision in time. Therefore, this kind of technology can enhance the safety of this control system to a certain degree. Main content and periodical results obtained of this paper are as follows:(1) On the based of Reference to many existing domestic and international vehicle anti-collision models, for reference and car crash model and preliminary research results, I established a more practical and simple safety distance model combined with CST device characteristics and running status of vehicles.(2) Through the comparison of many factors, calculated out the parameters and chose the type of vehicle radar ranging sensors, speed sensors and the executive motor.(3) According to the design requests of CST control system, drew the circuit schematic and PCB board by software Protel DXP2004.(4) Combined with the hardware circuit boards and the functionalities the system have to achieve, I completed the software programming, and debugged it in practical circuit board.
