Aluminium Ingot Continuously Casting Machines is the technically automatic production line to manufacture remelted aliuminium ingot,and this machine is integrated with many kinds of technique,such as machine, elec-tricity,light,fluid and gas. The machines is made up of the casting machine, cooling transporter, stacker, finished product transporter, bagging machine, printing machine,Aluminium liquid divider, hydraulic and pneumatic system, water cooling system and electrical contral system..we have developed Aluminium Ingot Continuously Casting Machines higher efficiency in order to suit for market competition and higher need of customer subscriber。The Tipping Gear is one of the developed Aluminium Ingot stacker key parks。The machine’s stabilization and reliability were impacted on its performance, so that it can’t improve efficiency better。In a word,The Tipping Gear’s stabilization and reliability are one of the urgent demanded key problems。So we studied the Tipping Gear systematically, and gained the main research achievements, As following:1、This thesis has a deep research on dynamics characteristics of the developed Aluminium Ingot stacker key parks—The Tipping Gear. We have proceed mathematical analysis of statics and dynamics for the Tipping backbone’s system by the means of ANSYS,and gained some of valuable conclusions,for example:It drive smoothly,and have some impactions on both limiting positions.So that I puted forward four programmes of optimal designing.2、The dynamics model of The Tipping Gear’s gear drive axle system on the basis of the global transfer—Riccati prohl is seted up through analysed for the basic element of blank tear coupling in The Tipping Gear’s gear drive axle system.And confirmed the transmission matrix of spur gear’s blank tear coupling vibration and the other of the basic elements of The Tipping Gear’s gear drive axle system. And its corresponding mathematics model is set up too.Some characterization parameter of its intrinsic characteristic are obtained while getting the blank tear coupling vibration of The Tipping Gear’s gear drive axle system through the numerical simulation of the computer to use MATLAB,and then a detailed analysis is carried directly on them.3、A dangerous mode in the blank tear coupling vibration of The Tipping Gear’s gear drive axle system is confirmed through a calculation of flexible degree of modality, then the weak links of this system are confirmed through a calculation of distributing rate of energy under this dangerous mode of the system. This thesis put a improved method with flexible degree of modality want to be small, distributing rate of elastic energy and distributing rate of inertia energy drive to equality is a target of optimum design.The improved method is modified rigidity and rotary inertia in the blank tear coupling vibration of The Tipping Gear’s gear drive axle system.Finally,to dynamics characteristics of improved The Tipping Gear carried on forecasting and accordingly carried on dynamic optimization designing to The Tipping Gear.In this thesis, the blank tear coupling vibration’s dynamic model of the Aluminium Ingot stacker key parks-The Tipping Gear is set up with the whole transfer—Riccati prohl.The dynamic characteristics of this model is analysed and an improved method is puted forward.In this sense,it provided the certain theoretical evidences for the optimal design of The Tipping Gear.
