Gear drive is now one of the most important forms of transmission of mechanical transmission,form a lot,wide application.Cylindrical gear indexing round shape is circular curve radius is constant,the transmission ratio is constant,rather than the radius of the circular gear's pitch curve is constantly changing,its transmission mesh to much complex than circular gear,gear ratio as variable function,and function and the change rule of each section of the curve radius of meshing of gear.This paper mainly explores the basic transmission principle,transmission characteristic analysis,kinematics analysis,dynamic analysis and the analysis of the characteristics of the driven wheel during the high-order non-circular elliptical gear.According to the principle of gear meshing,the basic transmission principle of high-order non-circular elliptical gears is studied,and the governing curves of high-order non-circular elliptical gears are deduced.The gears are highly efficient and have a smooth transmission,and the cams can achieve variable speed drive and are easy to control.However,non-circular gears have both advantages of both gears and cams,so non-circular gears are an integrated mechanical component.Compared with the traditional cam mechanism and connecting rod speed ratio mechanism,non-circular gear has unparalleled advantages.The non-circular gears studied in this paper are mainly composed of high-order elliptical gears.The research status of non-circular gears at home and abroad is introduced in this paper.The mathematical model of high-order elliptical gears is established for different design parameters according to the meshing principle of non-circular gears.Then,the basic parameters of high-order elliptical gears are programmed by programming function of MATLAB,and the rooting and embossing are verified.According to the tooth profile generated by MATLAB,the 3D model is introduced into SolidWorks,and then the ANSYS is used to analyze the high-order non-circular elliptical gear teeth.The variation of the frequency of the gears according to the variation of the order is analyzed.Finally,the ADAMS virtual prototype is used to simulate the meshing motion of non-circular gears.The influence of the order change on the kinematic parameters and kinetic parameters of high-order non-circular elliptical gears is analyzed.And the variation law of the kinematic parameters and kinetic parameters of the high order non-circular elliptical gears are found.Finally,the curves are compared with the theoretical curves.
