| Planetary gear transmission is widely used in mechanical industry,such as wind power generation,vehicle power synthesis,transmission and so on,because of its stable transmission,large transmission ratio and various output forms.Planetary gear transmission is the most important part of the mechanical system,and once fails,it will seriously affect the process of production.Therefore,it is significant to carry out the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of planetary gear transmission system so as to avoid the occurrence of major accidents.The dynamic characteristics of the system is the key to decide the accuracy of monitoring and diagnosis results.Based on the dynamics theory,this paper applies the simulation study to analysis the transmission characteristics of planetary gear box as the following aspects.(1)Using the 3D modeling software to model and assemble the planetary gear box.Simulating the rotational speed of the shafts in planetary gearbox.And verifying the structure rationality based on the formula of the planetary gear ratio.(2)Using the planetary gearbox as basic model and simulating each gear meshing force and the different position of single tooth meshing force.Get the meshing force of sun gear and planetary gear,planetary gear and external gear ring between different conditions force variation;Processing the data of simulation results,getting the influence of planetary gear transmission in different work conditions.(3)Simulating the normal and fault gear with broken tooth of planetary gear box,Getting the rodent force,the acceleration of the planetary gear and the acceleration spectrum of the planetary gear.Analyzing the influence of the teeth on the rodent force of the gear and the relationship between the three parameters.Getting the influence of the broken teeth on the dynamic characteristics of the planetary gear.Using MATLAB establishing the characteristic spectrum of vibration signals of normal and broken teeth.Comparing the similarities and differences with the spectrum structure of simulation results,and verifing the correctness of the simulation results.(4)Using the finite element method to simulate the meshing pressure of a singlegear and the meshing pressure and stress of planetary gear,Getting the meshing pressure of a single gear and planetary gear.The correctness of the solution of the planetary gear is verified by the change rule of the single tooth meshing pressure.Comparing the main reasons for the variation of the meshing pressure fluctuation of the planetary gear,Analyzing the variation of the rodent force in the different gear combinations of the planetary gear.And the reason of the maximum stress of the planetary gear.Through the above studies,Analyzing the change rule of gear meshing force in planetary gear transmission process.Discussing the influence of gear breakage on meshing force,acceleration and spectrum characteristics as well as the cause of planetary gear meshing pressure fluctuation.Analyzing the dynamic characteristics of planetary gear train in depth.which provides the basis for planetary gear meshing theory research and lays the theoretical foundation for the research of planetary gearbox fault diagnosis. |
