In recent years, with oil resources becoming increasingly tense, nondisjunctionmeasurement technology of oil-gas-water three-phase flow has become more and moresignificant, which is based on the mechanism research of gas-liquid two-phase flowtheoretically. The interphase force, a key to reveal the mechanism of gas-liquid two-phaseflow, is a motivation of characteristic change of gas-liquid interface and flow regimeevolution, but it is involved just in the research of pressure drop in the majority ofinvestigations under which it is usually neglected or only qualitatively analyzed. Therefore, anovel device is proposed and designed in this research to achieve quantitatively measuring ofthe interphase force.This work researched physical and mathematical models of the interphase force tooptimize the interphase force detection device, proposed a more accurate method of thevertical to the horizontal flow of the differential pressure, and a way of gas-liquid two-phaseflow void fraction, then, the two-phase flow interphase force can be obtained.The device production program of the interphase force is optimized, respectively,produced a circular pipe and rectangular pipe devices. In addition, a proposed new designmethod of horizontal pipe section pressure hole, compared with traditional methods, moreaccurate access to the perpendicular to the direction of flow to pressure differential.According to Stratified flow simulation data, the void fraction and the capacitance valuerelationship is fitted out, and the gas-liquid two-phase flow void fraction measurement modelis optimized, the prediction error is within±5%. Obtain the heavy pressure drop of gas-liquidtwo-phase flow and calculate the interphase force perpendicular to flow direction.By experiments, a comprehensive study on the measurement characteristics of thedevice was carried out, including the differential characteristics of the device, thecharacteristics of the void fraction and interphase force characteristics, experiments wereconducted, and experimental data analysis showed that the quantitative detection device ofinterphase force achieved goals designed, reaching the need of quantitatively detectinginterphase force.
