| This thesis, which is based on the background of the National Natural Science Fund"knitting equipment of linear motor principle, control and thermal design research ( Itemnumber50805109)" , process driving motor structure design and initial production of theprototype which can be used in textile machinery knitting needle thin permanent magnetlinear motor ( electric needle ). The thesis is to improve the traditional knitting machinedynamic performance indicators ( mainly for the requirements of driving force and dynamicresponse frequency ) for the purpose, to motion dynamics and magnetic circuit analysis,obtain which can meet the performance requirements of the electric needle knitting machinemagnetic form, electrical parameters and structure model.First of all, through the fundamental analysis of the electric needle for kinematics anddynamics, we can obtain the corresponding electric needle thin linear motor the basicperformance requirements and the initial magnetic structure, on the basis of the magneticcircuit calculation by Electro acupuncture textile air gap magnetic field of analytical solutions,and in accordance with the magnetic field magnetic field calculation of analytical solutions,electrical parameter optimization as well as the magnetic field relative to the geometry errorsensitivity simulation. Finally we can get electric needle driving motor structural model whichcan meet electric pointer dynamic performance index.Secondly, based on the theory analysis of the drive motor foundation, the linear motoradopts a sealing structure of low cooling efficiency and builds the motor heat radiation model,which combined with the ANSYS motor thermal design and parameters optimization.Finally, on the foundation of the driving motor structural model, which is obtained fromthe structure design and heat design theory, through electric needle unit prototype productionand motor drive circuit design, moreover, for the prototype appeared in the process of themagnet adsorption force which is too strong to assemble prototype, put forward a set ofeffective installation program.This work constitutes the driving motor prototype production core for electric needle,providing theoretical and experimental basis for the next step of the application, and thefollowing work will be mainly focusing on the industrial level of electric needle drive motormodel trial deployment. |
