Based on the principle of the hydraulic pile driver, In order to make the strikepoint in the power room, the bearing strike block and trolley structure were added anda new type of top-pull hydraulic power pile drive was designed in this thesis. To meetthe environmental requirements, the noise can be reduced by adding fixed soundprooflayer. In this paper, the author regard the top-pull pile driving machine as study objectand analyze the dynamics characteristic. The main research work is as follows:The working principle and structural of top-pull dynamic pile-sinking machinewas analysed. The impact of the mechanical structure of the top-pull pile drivingmachine was elaborated, it`s lay the foundation of the impact of structure modeling ofthe system. The whole process of the impact hammer, bearing blocks, pull rod andpile cap component action in the piling work was related.The hydraulic system principle of top pull dynamic pile-sinking machine isintroduced and the model is established. Based on fluid dynamics, the hydraulicsystem diagram of top pull dynamic pile-sinking machine has established and theworking process and principle of the hydraulic system of the top pull dynamicpile-sinking machine has explained; Based on the principle of vibration mechanics,the impact hammer, bearing blocks and pile cap deemed to the rigid body, at the sametime the tie is regarded as an elastic rod. the equation of impact hammer and pieceparts of dynamic pile-sinking machine has established; Using AMESim simulationsoftware to build the new top pull dynamic pile-sinking machine, impact machine andelectric control hydraulic system simulation model; Using the force balance equationand flow continuity equation and vibration mechanics,etc, The dynamic mathematicalmodel of main components was established. The main parameters of simulation modelwas consulted and calculated.The dynamic characteristic simulation of the top pull type hydraulic dynamicpile-sinking machine was analysed. Through the simulation verified that the impactenergy, impact hammer impact acceleration and frequency whether meet therequirements of relevant technical performance parameters; Based on simulationmodel, studied the key parameters of shock hammer、strike clamping boxes、pull rodand pile resistance affects the dynamic performance of the system of the pile drivingmachine system, it`s could provide theory basis for structure design and effectiveness evaluation of the system.
