In order to solve the noise pollution problem which is caused by the pile, the top-pull pile-driver by changing the top pull blows, making the power house is fixed in a certain range,dynamic outdoor table equipped with sound insulation layer to abate the noise pollution.But the top-pull pile-driver is a new type of pile driving machine,Is still in the prototype testing phase,the impact frequency response features need to be studied.Based on the top of the impact of the top-pull pile-driver pull frequency response as the research content, the hydraulic system parameter calculation, the simulation analysis and frequency response are experimental studied.The following research work are mainly completed by this paper:According to the performance parameters of the top-pull pile-driver technology requirements,the pile driving machine's hydraulic system main parameters are calculated,including the system main pump displacement, the main pump motor, main power accumulator capacity, cartridge valve size, auxiliary pump displacement, the auxiliary pump motor power,and the key parameters such as pipe size.The parameters for the main components of the selection Based on the calculation.Based on the software AMESim,the simulation model of hydraulic impact test system is established by software with hydraulic components design library(HCD) electromagnetic cartridge valve module, hydraulic cylinder module design etc,machine shop is used to design the impact hammer, bearing box and tie rod structure,Signal control library system control module is designedThe system pressure and delay time frequency are studied By changing the parameters of the simulation, the influence of the factors on the impact hammer blow for the top-pull pile-driver research provides a theoretical basis for hydraulic impact machine systemThe top-pull pile-driver hydraulic impact test equipment is established, the electric control based on PLC controller to push and data acquisition system based on LabVIEW software are designed, the delay time of each stroke frequency test are completed under different conditions of system pressure, different system pressure and delay time on the influence of the pile driving machine impact frequency curve are gotten; Test results and simulation results and compares with the technical performance parameters, all meet the requirements.The rationality of the hydraulic impact test system is verified,and provided apractice basis for the next test and the development of the top-pull pile-driver's product.
