| China is a large energy source consumption country; big office buildings (bornin economy growth) are still using the traditional way of source and power (whichincluding water, power, gas, heating and cooling) supply…which is lone-served,lowefficiency and high running cost. This research has a great mean to both theory andpractice of energy source use.After investigations and research of energy condition surrounding this projectand CCHPS progress, some issue of CCHPS was found out as below：Firstly，background and necessity of CCHPS station construction;Secondly, load of project power, heating, cooling supply, yearly energyconsumption as well as load variation by time was predicted;Thirdly, feasibility of CCHPS including power supply and parameter around thisproject, location of this CCHPS station, project construction schedule is researched;Fourthly, investment and running cost of CCHPS solution was compared withcommon solution and gas in-take solution.In this paper, the cooling,heating,power load variation by time of G2,C,Dblocks was figured out and combustion engine project was designed based on this,facility working rule was analyzed and summarized according to different facility andload; yearly energy consumption was predicted. Construction project is separated intopower system project and cooling, heating project. In order to help investordecision-making， investment and cost of CCHPS project, common cooling heatingsystem and gas absorb system is mainly discussed and compared in this paper. Aftercalculation, running situation of different load is analyzed, working situation withinproject lifecycle is simulated, and solution choosing and working condition accordingto different rent ration and price is suggested as result of this paper, and it served as animportant reason of investment plan and running management. |
