Tuanbo Bridge is a super-large bridge across Duliujian River which is a part ofTuanbo Expressway,it is located in west zone of Tuanbo health industrial garden area.Based on regarding construction organization design of Tuanbo Bridge-a cable-stayedbridge with a single inclined tower as the research object,the author analyzed carefullythe characteristics,key point and difficulty of bridge construction,then presented thesolutions against engineering’s key point and difficulty.Construction organization andoverall construction site plan were fixed up,plan of project schelule was devisedscientifically,and the resource such as labor,mechanical equipment,buildingmaterials,capital and so on was configurated efficiently.According to engineeringcharacteristics,the author determined overall construction scheme,designed emphaticallythe construction scheme and construction technology of temporary trestle,underwaterconcrete box grider construction platform,steel box grider constructionplatform,approach bridge prestressed cast-in-place concrete box grider,,main bridge steelbox grider installation and main tower installation.The quality guatantee measures wereestablished, the detailed project management measures including winter,rainyseason,safety and civilized construction,safety measures and quality guarantee measureswere developed.The construction organization design for Tuanbo Bridge not onlyrealized the project management goals of construction progress,quality,benefit,safety,environmental protection and innovation,but also providered referenced experience forsimilar bridge construction at the same time.
