| Construction machinery products,as construction machinery for certain projects,have always been criticised by its limited functions due to its outlook. With thedevelopment of technology,however, the focus on the functions will not be able to meetthe demands. For the above reason, it is of great importance to do deep research onaspects shuch as construction machineries, their fields and markets as well as the creativemodel designing methods.This thesis lays stress on the increasingly important model design of constructionmachinery. In order to perfect the achievement, the thesis tends to highlight the featuresof model design by improving and redesigning the conflicts-focused parts,withconsideration given to aspects of designing process,such as highlights, directions andmethods through TRIZ theory.First,a concrete and deep explanation is given about the origin, development, andcontent of TRIZ theory,as well as its advantages over and difference from other creativemethods. By detailed introduction of Evolution of Technique theory, a researchfoundation is laid for the thesis.Second, introduction of construction machinery products has been given. Deepanalysis is give from aspects of origin, definition, development, classifications, andcurrent achievements both abroad and at home. Existed problems are highlighted andsolutions to which are also provided.Finally, this thesis uses technology progressive theory of TRIZ theory to resolve theproblems in construction machinery model design with summarization of39engineeringparameters and40measures of creation. The numbers of contradictions existed in thedesigning process are used to make up the contradiction matrix. By arranging, sorting,categorizing the matrix results, contradiction-concentrated part can be located andcorresponding solutions can be applied to solve the problems. |
