Therefore, in order to enhance the innovation capability of high-tech areas, the need for innovative approaches to research.In this paper, the object of study as TRIZ (Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch English transliteration of the abbreviation) innovation theory, the theory by a Russian scholar G.
