Toget more intuitive understanding, the three-dimensional entity model is establishedthrough SolidWorks. Then to reduce the resistance on note, the shape and the size of thenote need to design. After analyzing the influence of the note’s shape and angle, get thebest shape and the best size of the note and then finish designing the shape and the size ofthe note. The simulation analysis about stress of deformed steel plate is done byANSYS/LS-DYNA in finite element analysis. The result gotten is stress distributionnephogram and relationship curve of steel plate’s maximum stress and time. Through thecurve, the max stress is known. Then the maximum force that’s steel plate acting on thepressure head is calculated. The maximum force is also the maximum working load ofpressure head hydraulic system. So the foundation is laid of designing hydraulic systemschematic and selecting hydraulic components. Then the modeling and simulationanalysis of hydraulic system is done through AMESim. After getting the main influencefactors on system’s dynamic characteristics, something is done and the performance ofhydraulic system is improved.After processing and assembling the pressure head, the experiment is done. Theresults meet the expected requirements. So the correctness and practicability of improvedscheme are affirmed and the basis for the future improvement is provided.
