Shield tunnel machine has become the main equipment of rail transit construction.The performance of the shield tunnel machine is related to the progress and quality of the project construction,and the quality of the shield tunnel machine can bring huge economic benefits.The cutter head drive system has great influence on the working performance of shield tunnel machine,and become one of the core technology of shield tunnel machine.Nowadays,It is a hot research topic in engineering technology.At present,there is a lack of research on the cutter head drive system of shield tunnel machine in China.So it is necessary to study it,and to speed up the pace of the localization of the shield tunnel machine.The 6.3m earth pressure balance shield machine as the research object,this dissertation combined with practical engineering project "shield electrohydraulic control system made in China improved design and key technology research",and designs a cutter head drive hydraulic system for shield tunnel machine.At first,the paper compares and analyzes the existing drive technology of shield cutter.Then through analyze the cutter head actual work load,the paper gives the drive torque calculation method.Combined with the practical work of 6.3m earth pressure balance shield machine,the cutter head drive hydraulic system is designed and analyzed.Finally this paper established the mathematical model of the system,using AMESim software to carry on the simulation analysis to the hydraulic system.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the understanding of the mainstream shield products in the market today,the frequency conversion motor drive technology and the hydraulic drive technology are summarized and analyzed.This paper focuses on the characteristics of different hydraulic drive methods.(2)From the angle of load,this paper expounds the influence of the working objects of the cutter head on the cutting performance.This dissertation analyzes the impact of geological conditions,tunnel depth,cutter structure of cutter head torque output.According to the research and analysis of the tunnel standard,two methods to calculate the torque of the cutter head are analyzed,and the calculation model of the theoretical calculation method is given.(3)According to the performance requirements of the shield driven system in the actual project,the cutter head drive hydraulic system of the 6.3m earth pressure balance shield machine is designed,and the performance and control method of the hydraulic system are analyzed in detail.(4)The simplified mathematical model of the hydraulic system driven by the cutter head is established,and its dynamic characteristics are analyzed.This paper studies the physical process of the hydraulic shock in the system,and gives the calculation method of the pressure increment in the hydraulic system.(5)According to the preamble design of hydraulic system,the simulation model is established by AMESim,and the speed performance,load fluctuations,constant power condition and motor fault of synchronous operation were analyzed.
