The development of modern hydraulic technology mainly reflected in thecombination of hydraulic technology and electronic technology and computertechnology, designed to improve the accuracy and degree of automation of thehydraulic control system. Research conducted this study comes from the actualprojects, straddle type monorail important maintenance equipment-bogie separationdevice. It mainly deals with the bogie separation device lifting mechanism positionsynchronous control system. The lifting system using a single electro-hydraulicproportional directional valve to control a single hydraulic cylinder, and uses anadaptive control scheme for high accuracy synchronous position. This program hasbeen in the actual project and achieved satisfactory results. Generally speaking, thestudy of this subject has a strong theoretical and practical value. The result of thispaper has the significant theory and actual reference value to the similar equipmentthat is produced in the future, which is helpful to improve the development andgrowing of the Straddle-Type single track equipment in our country.The main work of the thesis is as follows;Firstly, this paper introduces the working principle and structural characteristics ofthe bogie separation device, especially dual hydraulic cylinder lifting mechanismsynchronized motion system, through analyzing the position synchronous controlsystem to calculate the parameters of synchronous control system. The mathematicalmodel of electro-hydraulic proportional valve control asymmetric hydraulic cylinderhas been established.Secondly, according to the characteristics of bogie separation device, a fuzzy PIDcontrol system is designed. The key of designing Fuzzy PID control system is thefuzzy PID controller. According to the controller’s input and output, choose the domain,to determine the membership function, formulated the rules of fuzzy PID control andfinally get the fuzzy PID control tables of the fuzzy PID controller outputs. In theMATLAB and AMEsim simulation experiments, we compared the fuzzy PIDcontroller and the normal PID controller, the experimental results showed that thefuzzy PID control is better than the traditional PID control on the control accuracy anddoes not overshoot.Finally, electrical control system of bogie separation device complete the hardware configuration, PLC program was designed. Respectively, the PID algorithmand fuzzy PID algorithm was programmed in the form of LAD language. It provides areference for future practical application.
