At present time, the test system for metro bogie is rarely researched in our country. It is basically imported from other countries and it's cost is too high. Accordingly, it is very necessary to design independently a metro bogie test system which measures performance of metro bogie. In this paper, based on the function demand of the measure and control system, the four parts of the system are designed and researched which includes establishing measure channels for every parameters, designing PLC control system, implementing fuzzy control arithmetic for analogue quantity load and real-time monitor -control program. Firstly, the force metro bogie four wheels weighted are analysed, because it have a big impact on metro bogie performance, and the weight transducer circuit is designed. The program controller and industrial computer are used as the core of the system. The switch of computer and operating panel is solved to locate metro bogie respectively, and the operation of the manual load for metro bogie is realized.The model of the metro bogie loading control is analysed and the system transfer function is acquired. Based on digital PID control arithmetic and combined with fuzzy control theory, the arithmetic of fuzzy self-regulation PID control is implemented. The search table of fuzzy matrix is worked out, which regulates the gain KP of PID controller. Simulink and Fuzzy toolbox is applied to simulate the arithmetic in Matlab and the result of simulation indicates the arithmetic is feasible. The real-time monitor and control software is developed by configuration software Kingview 6.02, and good interactive interface is provided to avoid the heavy manual work.
