In the high-rise and super high-rise building and bridge construction, thetechnology of hydraulic self-climbing formwork has been widely used with theadvantages of convenient operation, highly safety, saving time and materials. While theuse of hydraulic climbing formwork to inclined wall still belongs to the new technicalfield in the process of construction. Now the technology of overall hydraulic climbingformwork to the application of inclined wall has come true in engineering project by thestructural forms becoming more and more various and complicated with the developingof building structure to meet the needs of various architectural about style and quality.This paper make a study on hydraulic climbing formwork to sloping wallconstruction by the example of Guiyang Art Center project. The main research contentsare as follows:①Analysed the research results about the technology of hydraulic integralclimbing mode and described the background of the research.②Based on the background of Guiyang Art Center project, this papersystematically do a design about hydraulic integral climbing formwork structuresystem.It illustrates the construct composition of hydraulic climbing form, theory ofclimbing and performance indexes. It decomposed the climbing formwork system intotwo parts of hydraulic system and template system according to the module. Based onthe decomposition it described their construction layout and component configurationby designing. About the template system it explained the construction process of stagesof installation, climbing and demolition of the formwork.③This paper do a research on the construction technologyof overall hydraulic climbing formwork. It made a decomposition to the sloping wall of1~5axis parts of the Art Center Project to do a research by the tilt’s change. Then itrespectively expounded the technology of overall hydraulic self-climbing and scaffoldconstruction relying on the support of mountain.④To check the bearing capacity of the whole climbing formwork by simplificationand modeling. To calculate the bearing capacity of climbing formwork and verify thestability and safety of structures through the analysis software of SAP2000respectivelyin the state of construction, climbing and idle. ⑤T o check the bearing capacity of embedded parts,bolt and plug belonging to thenode positions of structure.Combined the research results with the relating construction scheme of GuiyangArt Center project, it can provide the reference for the similar engineering project.
