Hydraulic climbing formwork(hydraulic climbing formwork),as one of the new technologies in formwork scaffolding construction,has been widely used in the main construction stage of the main structure engineering of super high-rise buildings.Although the hydraulic climbing formwork technology has been relatively mature in China at the present stage,many new problems have been put forward for the selection,installation technology and construction status analysis of the climbing formwork frame due to the continuous innovation of the system types of super high-rise buildings.In this paper,based on this,based on the various forms of wall for climbing formwork body selection requirements,frame body installation technology comparative analysis,the working condition of stress analysis of a few aspects,such as intensive research,combined with the actual project of new type of climbing formwork construction technology and difficult to focus on providing some solutions,beneficial reference and advice.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:1)summarized the status quo of different climbing mold technologies at home and abroad,summarized the main forms of various climbing mold frame and the advantages and disadvantages of the mainstream construction technology of climbing mold frame;According to the different types of wall structure,this paper carried out the technical research on the layout form of the climbing mold machine,the climbing protection area and the formwork dismantling method,optimized and put forward the selection principle and Suggestions of the climbing mold frame.Through the comparison and analysis of the installation scheme of single trusses and multiple trusses of frame bodies for climbing mold;From the aspects of manhour,site,machinery,manpower and so on,this paper summarizes the installation sequence and control principle that should be paid attention to in each construction step of pre-installation plan and hoisting plan,and puts forward the improvement plan.2)using the finite element analysis method,static response analysis is carried out for a single structure of hydraulic climbing formwork frame,the dangerous working state is identified and corresponding measures are proposed to ensure the safety of climbing formwork construction;In this paper,the author selects twotypes of climbing formwork frames of non-inclined brace structure and inclined brace structure,compares and analyzes the strength,stiffness,economy and capacity of climbing formwork frame under three kinds of construction conditions,and puts forward some Suggestions on the reasonable design of climbing formwork frame.3)in view of the application system of climbing mold for a complex superhigh-rise project,this paper proposes the principles of model selection,configuration and construction schedule of climbing mold project.Combined with the above research and analysis results,it optimizes the deployment and organization in engineering practice and realizes the efficient application of climbing mold frame.This paper summarizes and analyzes the difficulties in the construction of super-high-rise climbing mould,and puts forward the concrete measures to solve them.
