| Switched reluctance motor is a motor developed in recent decades, it is get moreand more attention because of its simple structure, low cost, high reliability, wide speedrange and so on. Switched reluctance drive consist of a switched reluctance motorbecome a new generation of variable speed system after the frequency control system,brushless DC motor speed control system, it is integrating reluctance motor and modernpower electronics technology, it is a typical mechatronic products, it is combined theadvantages of DC motor speed control system and AC motor speed control system.Since it’s advantages compared to traditional AC and DC machines, so it becomes moreand more popular.On the basis of switched reluctance motor briefly the basic structure and workingprinciple, discussed the composition of pole distribution8/6pole switched reluctancemotor, excitation mode and drive system. Then use Ansoft software to build a8/6poleswitched reluctance motor prototype finite element model, and simulation comparisonof different excitation mode, access to the8/6pole switched reluctance motor prototypeparametric curves under different operating conditions. Finally, based on simulationdata, using Fourier polynomial fitting method, the establishment of a8/6pole switchedreluctance motor inductance parameter model, flux model, and based on this prototypetorque model is derived, and with the limited contrast element results validate thecorrectness of the model.The results showed that the8/6SRM with NSNSNSNS pole distribution have alarge torque and a small torque ripple under two-phase excitation mode; Calculatedbased on Fourier polynomial motor switched reluctance motor flux and torque model ofrotor position and phase current detected value fast, accurate solution instantaneoustorque, thereby inhibiting the control strategy for all types of switched reluctance motortorque ripple laid a theoretical foundation. |
