Machine shop is the subject of its manufacturing activities. the manufacturingprocess routings of machine shop are complex, in order to improve the quality ofmachining products, a variety of factors that affect product quality must be timelyobtained, the workshop and manager side should timely information exchange. Atpresent, most of the manufacturing enterprises’ information interaction is low efficiencyin our country, which resulting in the management side can not get the real-timedynamic information of the workshop production quality, the management side can notget quality problems and make timely analysis,processing and warning timely, so themanufacturing enterprises are unable to meet user requirements on product quality. Inthis paper, for the problems and needs of machine shop quality real-time control, theexisting research result and the latest interactive terminals technology are combinedtogether to research real-time control of product quality of machine shop.First, through the analysis of current research workshop interactive information andmobile terminal technology, combined with characteristics and needs of machine shopquality control information in real time, this paper presented a real-time control supportsystem of workshop production quality information based on mobile terminals, and thesystem architecture, functional modules and the overall implementation framework ofreal-time monitoring and early warning were studied.Secondly, the implementation of mobile terminal for the machine shop producingquality information monitoring and control including mobile terminal software andhardware platform and the integrated interface and the information exchange methodbetween workshop and management side were studied. In addition, proposed a productquality prediction model based on mobile terminals. the multi-point real-time intelligentElman neural network model and algorithm implementation were studied.Finally, combined with the practical situation and requirements of shop producingquality information in real time control of a manufacturing enterprise in Chongqing, areal-time control support system of workshop production quality information based onmobile terminals was designed and developed. This system has been applied in theprocess of workshop production real-time control and good results were obtained.
