Research On Financial Risk Assessment And Early Warning Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry Under The Background Of High Quality Development

The equipment manufacturing industry is the lifeline of the national economy,the important cornerstone of supporting the comprehensive national strength,and plays a supporting role in the development of various industries.As a traditional manufacturing industry,it has become a system in the development of recent decades.However,due to the existence of such problems as huge assets,uneven development within the industry,large investment and high cost,slow capital turnover,its transformation and development is undoubtedly slow and lagging behind.Under the requirement of high quality development,equipment manufacturing enterprises face the double pressure and challenge of internal and external environment,seek the road of high quality development and transformation internally,create new competitive advantages and seek new growth point;External response to major changes in the domestic and international environment,intensified competition.Enterprises are faced with a layer upon layer of uncontrollable risk factors,and financial risk is the concentrated embodiment of each factor.Financial risks are increasingly difficult to control because of the high degree of uncertainty in influencing factors.With the transformation and upgrading of the industry,the effective control measures for financial risks should be adjusted accordingly.According to the above issues,this article based on the requirement of high quality development,focus on the equipment manufacturing industry and financial situation,the development of the industry in the equipment manufacturing industry of listed companies as research samples,evaluation of financial risk,measure quality level of development,integration of pre-warning index system,and optimize the early warning model and comparison,finally puts forward policy response.The main research results of this paper are as follows:1.Build early warning index system through integration system.Firstly,select the financial index from the traditional financial index and form the financial index system.Secondly,non-financial indicators should be selected according to the new development concept,and a high-quality development nonfinancial indicator system should be constructed.Through system integration,a financial risk early-warning indicator system suitable for equipment manufacturing industry should be formed.According to the control experiment,it is found that the early warning system with high quality development index has higher accuracy than that without early warning.Second,rebuild the financial risk assessment level.Abandon the dichotomous financial risk grade judgment method,rebuild the financial risk grade innovatively from the performance standard level.3.Construct and measure the high quality development level of equipment manufacturing industry.Different from the economic level,this paper focuses on the enterprise level,constructs a five-dimension high quality development index system from the perspective of new development concept,and measures the high quality development level exponentially through entropy weight method.Fourth,the financial risk early warning model is optimized through integrated learning thought,and the best way of early warning is explored by using dynamic early warning model.The neural network early warning model constructed by ensemble learning optimization tool has the highest prediction accuracy.In this paper,the two objectives of high quality development and effective control of financial risk are realized in parallel.The purpose is to strengthen the measurement and promotion of high quality development level of equipment manufacturing industry,provide a more optimized financial risk early warning mode,and provide reference for enterprises to evaluate high quality development and select a more effective financial risk control mode.
