With the continuing developing reform of textile technology, how to reduce the textile air conditioning energy consumption and improve energy utilization is the textile enterprise special attention. The major feature is machine send out sensible heat is given priority to air conditioning in textile workshop, and the biggest difference the comfort air conditioning is the textile technology has a higher demand on humidity field. The textile machinery almost annual continuous operation, so the workshop not only need to humidifying but also cooling in winter. Textile mill is frequently used spray chamber, spray fan and high pressure spray, which were general need a freezing station or mining deep well water as air conditioning water. Lead to the bigger covers an area, higher initial investment, more water consumption and higher energy consumption. In order to solve these problems, the paper puts forward an air conditioning unit what combine with the textile mill general compressed air and the direct evaporative cooling to used to deal with outdoor air. As well as xi’an Polytechnic University and xi’an jingshang artificial environment Co.,Ltd. cooperated design made the high pressure jet-packing evaporative cooling air conditioning unit that can energy use recycle, and has characteristics of energy saving, environmental protection, economy and the health.And the practical application to textile air compressor station, not only feasibility analysis,but also test research to the unit in actual engineering.Firstly, feasibility analysis, the structure, working principle, process of air handle of units analysis from theoretical point. Based on the utility model patent of high pressure jet-packing direct evaporative cooler complex evaporative cooling air conditioning unit, designing of air volume is5000m3/h air conditioning unit that high pressure jet section adopts high voltage throttle nozzle, the structure design and equipment selection in packing section.Then, test to the corresponding used in textile mills air compressor station design air volume is5000m3/h experimental prototype. Respectively using the two pattern comparison test, separate open packing direct evaporative cooling segment and open high pressure jet section and packing direct evaporative cooling section at the same time. The high pressure jet section of the jet way is divided into the spray, lateral jet and reverse jet. Test results show that:(1) high pressure jet section makes the average dry bulb temperature of outdoor air reduce0.89℃, average wet bulb temperature1.12℃lower, average moisture content reduce1.56g/kg, compressed air is a kind of gas hygroscopic agent.(2) open high pressure jet section can make direct evaporative cooling segment of temperature drop and cooling efficiency are improved, direct evaporative cooling section average temperature drop from4.54℃to5.67℃ascension, cooling efficiency increased from83.46%to93.68%.(3) In different high pressure jet injection direction, combine packing direct evaporative cooling and inverse spray has a well cooling effect than spray and lateral jet. According to the air conditioning unit with its own characteristics, the applicability of the proposed some opinions.Finally, computation basis on textile weaving workshop to analysis of the units energy saving potential than the traditional spray chamber. Respectively to calculate the refrigerating capacity, power consumption, EER of traditional spray chamber and high pressure jet-packing evaporative cooling air conditioning system, and then the comparative analysis. Through the calculation, the refrigerating capacity of traditional spray chamber is31.6%of pressure jet-direct evaporative cooling air conditioning refrigerating. And high pressure jet-direct evaporative cooling air conditioning EER is2.67, the traditional spray chamber EER is2.07.Using high pressure jet-direct evaporative cooling air conditioning than traditional spray chamber economy in textile mills visible.
