The Research Of Manual Pushing Electric Sweeping Car Design

With China’s urbanization stepping into a new era, the construction ofenvironment sanitation facilities is in urgent need of improvement. The hand-pushelectric sweeper is becoming more and more popular in many places as anenvironmental friendly product due to its low cost, advanced technology as well ashigh efficiency.It is not only characterized by high efficiency of sweeping but also the avoidanceof raising the dust and secondary pollution. As an electric sweeper, it has realizedzero-emission and non-pollution. This paper provides general information of electricsweeper and summary of its previous development and future direction throughcomparative study on real objects from home and abroad. Moreover, in-depth analysisand illustration of the elements in product design concerning the electric sweeper hasbeen made with a view to establishing a set of scientific and effective standard fordesign based on product modeling, colors, materials and ergonomics. It is hoped thatthe findings can serve as reference for the future research in this domain.Furthermore, it is impossible for a product to be isolated from the environment.Therefore, products must be integrated with the environment. Considering thespecific operating environment of the hand-push electric sweeper in city clusters ofsouthern Jiangsu Province, starting from the historical humanity to the changes inmodern times and then to the creation of city’s images, the author has come up with aset of product images and features in conformity with the regional environmentalcharacteristics, which are intended to be applied in the designing of the hand-pushelectric sweeper so as to make the product more consistent with the regional culture,resulting in the further promotion of the images of cities.Eventually, through sample designing, the author tries to conduct a preliminaryexploration of the integrated and clipper-built design style in combination with thedevelopment trends of hand-push electric sweeper and the city’s image, and makemodification and upgrading in the functions and modeling of the existent product.
