Carrier plane is one of the most important equipment of the modern navy. the main arm ofcarrier.and the safty of carrier mostly depends on that if the carrier-based aircraft can take offimmediately and safely,While the longitudinal oscillation affects the catapult-assisted take-offcharacteristics of the carrier based airplane. Thus the systematical studies on the dynamic study ofcatapult launching considering vertical toss. This thesis introduced the advantages of the take off way, illustrated the importance of theresearch on the carrier-based aircraft catapult take-off technique. And research status in this field werereviewed.Consedering the most common situation and referecing to the existing model, the deckmotion mathmatical model, airframe subsystem, landing gear model were established. the process ofcatapult take-off is simplified reasonably, the dynamic equations of take-off process for each phase isgiven.Based on the software ADAMS,airframe subsystem, front landing gear subsystem, rear landinggear subsystem, front landing gear tire subsystem, rear landing gear tire subsystem and decksubsystem are built.Based on a certain type carrier-based aircraft, aircraft model is built. The processof take-off is simulated.Finall, the fast-extension motion ot the nose gear, the effects of the longitudinaloscillation, the aircraft mass and the thrust are discussed quantitatively. The conclusion of simulation has shown that the fast-extension motion ot the nose gear canreduce the sink of the aircraft, incresing the thrust and reducing the mass of the aircraft are good forthe catapulting performance on the limitation of vertical toss.
