| Helicopter’s empennage plays an important role on stability of pitch and heading, it is also animportant parts to ensure that the helicopter has a good flying qualities. Design experience ofhelicopter shows that, from design to test flight and quantity production, empennage should beredesigned several times in many years.Firstly, this thesis analyzes aerodynamic environment and Working Principles of the empennage.According to the Foreign References and design information, the system of design parameters and thedesign standard of the empennage are obtained. According to the empirical formula designed by theSikorsky helicopter company, the design of horizontal stabilizer on domestic helicopter is evaluated.Then, apply the software of FLIGHTLAB, flight dynamics mathematical model of Black Hawkhelicopter is established, on the basis of this, designs of fixed horizontal tail are molded and analyzed.A brief comparison between fixed horizontal tail and movable horizontal tail is made. After that,control law of movable horizontal tail on Black Hawk helicopter is analyzed.Finally, for the special V-shaped lifting surface in the tail of S-269C, an improved design isproposed, in order to adapt to the new requirements. Calculations and compare have been carried outbased on the FLIGHTLAB software. |
